The nine-storey, 370-key hotel stands directly across from the World Heritage Tower of London and adjacent to the remains of the Roman city wall.

A café, bar, restaurant and meeting spaces are included in the scheme and a landscaped café terrace will overlook the Roman ruins.

Innovative design solutions will reduce carbon emissions using renewable energy technologies and new construction techniques.

The bedrooms were prefabricated, ariving fully functional to site.

This project is expected to achieve an EPC rating of A+ and a BREEAM Excellent rating with aspirations to achieve Outstanding.
