London office project wins British Council for Offices national award

The 5 Bank Street project for European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has won the British Council for Offices (BCO) national award for Innovation.

Our workplace team provided building services solutions for the project, with a delivery team which included Overbury, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Turner & Townsend, Hoare Lea, Canary Wharf Group and Cordless Consultants.

BCO judges were especially impressed by the scheme’s commitment to generating positive social and environmental impact, incorporating 16 social value KPI’s, the use of material passports and for producing the first ever design for disassembly guide.

The national award win comes on the back of the project winning the ESG award in the BCO’s regional awards.
