Huge Birmingham regeneration scheme submitted for planning

The Smithfield regeneration scheme in Birmingham has now been submitted for planning approval.

Our Birmingham team have been heavily invested in the development, for our client Lendlease, which is seeking to revitalise the local area with a vibrant new community of residential, leisure, cultural and community facilities, including a new traditional pub offering.

Darren Wright, who has been leading the project for chapmanbdsp from our Birmingham office, said: "If approved, the Smithfield development will become a significant and prestigious scheme for Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.
