Edmund Vaughan joins the commercial development team

We are pleased to announce that Edmund Vaughan has joined chapmanbdsp as Operations Director.

Edmund joins the team after working for 13 years working at Sweco and brings a wealth of experience in the commercial development sector, having worked on many of London’s recent landmark developments and award-winning projects.

“I’m delighted to be joining the chapmanbdsp, which has an excellent reputation in the industry for good design,” Edmund said, “and excited to be working with this amazing team.”

As well as proven expertise in delivering mixed-use developments, Edmund has also managed projects in the retail, residential and educational sectors.

“I am really looking forward to pushing the SMART buildings agenda and the Design for Performance aspects of the industry,” Edmund added, “which I believe will be the most notable differences in the industry over the next few years.”

The chapmanbdsp commercial development team are currently working on several high-profile projects, including the significant regeneration of 100 Liverpool Street, which is due to complete early next year.
