chapmanbdsp signs agreement with Hamdan Consulting Office

Engineering practices chapmanbdsp and Hamdan Consulting Office (HCO) have signed a collaboration agreement for projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The arrangement significantly increases both companies’ capacity to bid for, and deliver, projects in KSA by combining chapmanbdsp’s award-winning MEP engineering and environmental design team with HCO’s renowned engineering and project managing skills.

The companies have collaborated on projects in the region for many years and the new arrangement will see the 180 HCO engineers operating in the region complemented by chapmanbdsp designers operating from KSA, the UAE and London.

Together, the new partnership will be able to offer clients a full-suite of design solutions, from project concept to completion, delivered through one team that is fully compliant with regional laws.

The new team is already working on 12 live projects in KSA for a high-profile client in the leisure industry, providing full pre-and-post contract design, approvals and authorities liaison support and full site supervision.
