ChapmanBDSP shortlisted for two Building Awards
ChapmanBDSP has been shortlisted for two Building Awards, it has been revealed.
The building services consultancy was announced as a finalist in the engineering consultant of the year category and in the international project of the year, for its work on the Britam Tower in Kenya.
The company recognition comes after the firm delivered landmark projects across a range of sectors during an exceptional year in which it posted a record turnover.
The company also expanded its programmes on diversity, CSR, wellness and had its graduate scheme accredited by CIBSE.
The Britam Tower is the tallest building in Kenya and earlier this year it became the first building in East Africa to be certified under the Edge sustainability programme.
ChapmanBDSP provided mechanical, engineering, public health and environmental solutions for the project, which was designed in collaboration with Gapp architects.
The award winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony in November, which is due to be attended by more than 1,300 people from the construction sector.
