Battersea Power Station redevelopment wins top award

The Battersea Power Station scheme has been named Development of the Year at the 2023 Resi Awards.

The annual awards, run by Property Week, are well respected across industry and celebrate successful projects, teams and companies within the residential sector.

We provided building services engineering solution for the redevelopment, which opened to the public last year.

By ensuring the plantroom at power station was designed and built 'between floors', our commercial development team mitigated the need for huge air ducts in the vast retail space at London’s iconic destination.

Our engineering solutions also created more space for commercial units inside the building and residential units on the roof.

The power station attracted more than five million visitors within six months of opening and achieved £480m of residential sales in 2022.
