Our benefits package includes;
- 24 days holiday, (increasing to a maximum of 28 days per annum), with 3 or 4 to be taken at Christmas during our closure period.
- We allow employees to buy/sell up to 3 days holiday per annum for the following year during December
- Life assurance is provided at two times annual salary
- A qualifying pension scheme, which provides an employer contribution of 2% and employee contribution of 3%
