Phil Lamarre has relocated to ChapmanBDSP’s Birmingham office to work alongside Anthony White.
As regional directors, both are responsible for driving the company’s growth in the Midlands and will work out of the company’s Livery Street office.
Phil, who has 30 years’ industry experience, was formerly ChapmanBDSP’s regional director in the Middle East where his strong leadership skills saw him undertake a variety of projects across a range of sectors, including:
-A major mixed-use development in Dubai Design District (239,000m2) comprising commercial, hotel, retail residential and student accommodation
-A new five-star 550 Room Hilton Hotel in Dubai South
-Reconfiguration and fit-out of 28 floors of Tower T2 at World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi
-New premises for Johnson & Johnson in Dubai Healthcare City, complete with a specialist eye care facility for The Visioncare Institute
-A state of the art Customer Experience Centre for General Electric in Masdar City achieving LEED Gold and Estidama 3 Pearl sustainability rating
-A high-end fit out of penthouse floors within a 60-storey tower in Kuwait City to create an exclusive Business Club for VIP’s
-Refurbishment of Dubai’s premier five-star hotel, The Address Downtown Dubai Hotel
