Starting in Bournemouth on Tuesday, the peloton of 60 riders from all disciplines, cycled 255 km in two days, finishing in central London yesterday.
On completing the gruelling ride, Matthew said "It has been a fun and challenging experience for two amazing charities. I have met some great people over the two days but think the legs will ache tomorrow!".
The event has raised an incredible £60,000 so far, which will be split equally between the two charities.
There is still time to donate to Matthew's fundraising page and reach his individual target of £1000.
