BP Ultimate STEM Challenge

Joanna Conceicao, Principal Environmental Consultant and one of our STEM Ambassadors, spent the day at BP Headquarters judging the semi-finals of the BP Ultimate STEM Challenge.

The semi-judging panel was formed by school teachers (of schools not participating in the competition), STEM ambassadors and engineers (from BP).

167 school teams (aged between 11 and 14 years old) submitted presentations covering topics including: handy hydro, parched plants and brilliant biogas.

The panel identified their top 12 entries. Those 12 teams will now go through to the final, held at the Science Museum on the 12th March.
